Acceptance

By visiting, browsing, signing in, subscribing, or otherwise using localhost:8080/mandali_epaper, you confirm that you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy and that you have the legal capacity to agree. If you use the site for an organisation, you also confirm that you are allowed to bind that organisation.

The ePaper service

Daily ePaper provides digital newspaper editions: page images, section navigation, archive, search, and related tools. Editions may be labelled by category, state, or district. Availability of a given day’s paper, a district edition, or a feature can change with publishing, extraction, or technical maintenance.

The homepage reader and edition lists may highlight editions that match a saved location. That is a convenience ranking. It does not guarantee that a local edition exists every day, or that the first paper opened is always your district edition.

Accounts and Google sign-in

Some features require sign-in with Google. You must keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under that sign-in on this site. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe the account is abused, shared in violation of a subscription, or used to attack the service.

You may stop using the account by signing out. Requests to delete stored reader data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Content and intellectual property

News pages, photographs, page layouts, mastheads, logos, and other materials on Daily ePaper are owned by the publisher or its licensors and are protected by copyright and related laws. Access through the ePaper is a licence to read for personal, non-commercial use unless we give written permission otherwise.

You may not, without permission:

• Copy entire editions or systematically download pages to build a competing archive;
• Republish, sell, or publicly display our pages as if they were your product;
• Remove copyright, edition, or branding marks from clips or PDFs;
• Use automated scraping that overloads or bypasses the reader, except ordinary search-engine indexing of public HTML we publish.

Fair dealing / fair use exceptions under Indian copyright law still apply where the law allows (for example limited quotation for criticism or review). That does not include wholesale copying of the paper.

Clipping, printing, and PDF download

Clip: the crop tool lets you select a region of a page to save or share. You must only clip content you are allowed to share. A clip link may be opened by anyone who has the URL. We may delete clips that infringe rights or harm the service.

Print: printing a page from the reader is for your personal copy of that page. It is not a licence to photocopy or distribute the full edition.

PDF: where PDF download is offered, it is limited to signed-in readers while the publisher’s subscription is active. You must not publish the PDF file, post it on file-sharing sites, or use it as a public archive. We may log downloads and revoke access if the file is misused.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid access, if offered, is described on the Subscription page (duration, price, what is included). Prices and taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by the payment partner. Access starts when payment is confirmed.

Unless a specific plan or mandatory consumer law says otherwise, fees are generally non-refundable once the digital edition access has been granted for that period. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension until resolved. The publisher may change future plan prices; existing paid periods usually run until they expire.

If the publisher’s own subscription to run this platform expires, reader PDF download and some paid features may pause until it is renewed. HTML reading of published pages may still be available depending on how the site is configured.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break applicable law, including defamation, copyright, or IT Act offences;
• Probe, scan, or attack the website, admin, or payment endpoints;
• Upload malware, or interfere with other readers;
• Impersonate the publisher or other users;
• Use the location, clip, or notification features to harass anyone;
• Circumvent paywalls, PDF gates, or private-edition listings.

We may block IP addresses, accounts, or features when we reasonably believe these rules are broken.

Location feature

Location is optional. If you allow it, we use it to rank editions that match your district. Matching depends on edition records having a district saved by the publisher. Location data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not warrant that GPS or IP detection is always exact (for example a nearby locality may map to a district headquarters).

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the ePaper available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Extraction of PDF pages, hosting, or CDN issues can delay or omit pages. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features (including clip, push, or PDF) with or without notice when needed for operations or law.

News content is provided as published. We try to be accurate but do not warrant that every page is complete, error-free, or still current after publication. Corrections may appear in later editions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Daily ePaper and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of data, profit, or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the website, ePaper, clip links, or PDFs. Our total liability for a claim relating to the digital service is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us for the then-current paid period, or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing, except where the law does not allow a limit (for example proven fraud or personal injury where applicable).

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Indian consumer or other mandatory law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the publisher’s principal place of business in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory venue rules that protect you as a consumer.

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If a provision is held invalid, the rest remains in force.
